These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wannville platform. By creating an account or using Wannville, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Wannville
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Account Responsibilities
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of project, budget and activity data you or your team enter.
- •You control who you invite to a project and the access level you grant them.
- •You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wannville to:
- •Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading project or financial information.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, projects, or platform infrastructure.
- •Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, security, or availability.
- •Use the platform to harass, defraud, or misrepresent project outcomes to donors or stakeholders.
4. AI-Generated Reports
Reports and summaries generated by Wannville's AI features are based on the data entered by you and your team. While designed to be accurate and useful, AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for critical decisions, donor submissions, or compliance filings.
5. Subscription & Payment
Some plans require payment as described on our Pricing page. Fees, where applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the project data you upload to Wannville. We process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wannville is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on project data or AI-generated reports.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wannville after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
