Wannville ("we", "our", "us") provides a project monitoring platform for NGOs, businesses, consultants, diaspora project owners, and individuals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, organization type and password.
  • Project data: budgets, timelines, milestones, activity logs, photos, notes and documents you upload.
  • Financial data: expense records and disbursement entries logged within a project.
  • Usage data: login activity, device and browser information, and interactions with the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain your account and project dashboards.
  • To generate AI-powered summaries and reports from your project activity.
  • To send notifications, reminders and alerts you've enabled.
  • To improve platform performance, reliability and security.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates or support requests.

3. AI Processing

Wannville uses artificial intelligence to help generate project reports from the activity logs, budget entries and timelines you and your team enter. This processing is used solely to produce reports and insights within your account and is not used to build public AI training datasets without your consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or project data. Information is shared only:

  • With team members and stakeholders you explicitly invite to a project.
  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of Wannville and its users.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls and regular security reviews to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration or loss.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
